Pre-Sales Support:

We directly connect to the concerned department and the people working in those department to understand their current system and workflow. Accordingly our technical team along with sales team, design the solution and demonstrate the same with the customer. As per customer satisfaction we deploy the solution. Same we apply whenever our clients’needs any training programs in any of our available training programs.

Technical – Know how session:

Whenever any system comes into place it is very difficult to understand the system for all the users. So we suggest our clients to involve their users of the respective users for their basic training programs. Sometimes we give it free otherwise we charge nominal fees for the training. Also our technical team always available to support in phone, email, literatures, case studies, and sometimes support remotely by login to the system with customer’s permission. We have invested an huge amount for our technical team to be certified on the respective tools to deliver the right support and the right moment clients’ need.

Post-Sales Support:

We never show our back to our customer after selling a solution to them. Rather we work together to make the overall experience as successful for our clients, our client’s clients’ and obviously for us as a whole. If they satisfy, we request our customers if they suggest us on our weak areas so we can improve ourselves to provide them better support in future. Our customers feedback is our main outcome of our business’s existence.
